Half Off Book Sale Weekends

Sales take place in the Friends Bookstore, located on the third floor of the Orlando Public Library. While the Friends Bookstore is open seven days a week, book sale weekends are held four times a year, and on these weekends the entire Friends Bookstore is half off! Come shop our large selection of gently used books, DVDs, music CDs, collectible items and more and enjoy 50% off all marked prices on these weekends!

Branch Sidewalk Sales

During the cooler months of the year look for us at your local branch! The Friends host pop up sidewalk sales throughout the county that showcase a bit of everything from the Friends Bookstore. Although our sidewalk sales are much smaller in size compared to the bookstore collection, we offer the same exceptionally low prices you will find on book sale weekends!

Sidewalk sale season typically begins in late October and runs through early April. Please check back in the coming months when we begin to create our 2024/2025 sidewalk sale schedule.
